How to Pay IEHA:

  • Check payable to Ishnala Estates Homeowners Association

    Complete Annual Dues Form.

    Submit completed form with payment via one of the following:

    1. Email form only: jmarie@jmariedesigns.net

    2. Mail: 8 Shoshoni Trail

    3. Call to drop off: 847.791.8208

  • If your bank or credit union offers Zelle®, you’ll need to use Zelle® within your banking app. If your bank or credit union does not offer Zelle®, you can use the Zelle® app.

    PAYMENTS NEED TO BE MADE IN PERSON WITH IEHA TREASURER.

    Completed Annual Dues form must be submitted with payment.

    When payment is being made, you must add a memo or message to your Zelle® transaction indicating your last name and street address.

  • Download/print and fill out Annual Dues Form.

    Submit form with check to IEHA treasurer.

    DLIA Dues ONLY = $60

    Make Check payable to DLIA or Deep Lake Improvement Association.

  • Download/print and fill out Annual Dues Form and DLIA Launch Key Agreement (see links).

    Make Check payable to DLIA or Deep Lake Improvement Association.

    DLIA Dues and Key Fee = $120

    Submit forms with check to IEHA treasurer. Make appointment to pick up key (see form for contact information)

  • You can pay with credit card online direct with DLIA. There is a small fee for the transaction.

    You must provide a copy of your reciept of online payment to obtain key from Ishnala treasurer.
